Present in more than 100 countries, Fairfax belongs to the Fairfax Holding Group and has been operating in the insurance and reinsurance market for more than 35 years, focusing on the commercial, industrial, retail and digital segments.

Since 2022, we have acted as a digital extension of the insurance company and, throughout the evolution and transformation of the project, we have structured an operation of simultaneous and modular squads.  These squads are tasked with both the strategic and operational management of the existing service channels, as well as the research and development of new digital solutions and products.

Our partnership began with the development of the digital ecosystem, a key delivery in the company's cultural transformation, through the business and services platform, FFPlace.
