Institutional Platform and Careers Portal focused on experience and talent attraction
How TRINCA evolved iFood's digital presence to strengthen its institutional positioning


As one of the largest foodtechs in Latin America, iFood needed to evolve its institutional presence and its career portal to keep pace with the company's growth. The existing platform no longer clearly reflected the brand's positioning, nor did it support talent attraction at scale in the best way. Since 2020, TRINCA has acted as a strategic technology partner for iFood in the development of digital solutions that integrate technology, content, and user experience.


Challenges in user experience and journey organization
The main challenge was to organize institutional communication and structure a more efficient journey for different audiences, from users interested in the company to candidates seeking opportunities. At the same time, it was necessary to ensure performance, scalability, and ease of continuous evolution.
For the Careers Portal, the goal was to extend the iFood experience and culture to the HR/people area, with the proposal of building a narrative that inspired a sense of belonging and the desire to be a part of it.
Restructuring platforms with a focus on UX and scalability
TRINCA worked on restructuring the platform, combining strategic design, information architecture, and technological development. The work focused on simplifying navigation, ensuring content clarity, and building a robust technical foundation capable of supporting high traffic volume and future evolutions.
We integrated the Careers Portal with one of the market's leading recruitment tools, establishing a database that managed over 400 active jobs simultaneously.
In addition to both projects, we developed the CMS, a system that allows content management and guarantees greater freedom and autonomy for the branding team to perform routine updates on the respective platforms.
Impacts on brand communication and talent journey efficiency
iFood now has a more consistent institutional platform, aligned with its positioning and prepared for growth. The new experience improves brand communication and makes the talent attraction journey more fluid and efficient.
Furthermore, the platform's evolution generated direct gains for the business, with greater agility in the process of clarifying and disseminating brand positioning to consumers, restaurants, retailers, and delivery partners. The consolidation of iFood Careers boosted the number of applications, while the optimization of recruiting stages contributed to reducing time in selection processes.
