Random Consórcios is the leader in the heavy-duty segment and one of the largest administrators in the real estate sector, operating as one of the divisions of the Randon Group - which, with a global presence, has been a reference in transportation solutions for over 70 years.

Our partnership began in 2019, when we restructured and implemented the Randon Consórcios sales platform, focusing on experience and a unique journey.

We initiated the project with Sprint Zero, organizing both in-person and remote workshops involving various internal teams - from marketing and customer service to the business department. From there, we conducted interviews with over 100 brokers across Brazil. The goal was to comprehend the challenges and nuances of their daily operations, ensuring the development of the most effective solution.

The result was the transformation of a process that relied on three different systems into a fully integrated journey on a single platform. We optimized and improved the operational efficiency of the sales team.

In addition, understanding that the business involves more than 2,000 brokers across Brazil, in different regions and contexts, we ensured the structuring of a process that can be started offline and finished online - considering remote locations.

As a result, we successfully centralized and consolidated a dependable lead base, thereby boosting the expansion and growth of the business.
