Headquartered in France, the AXA Group is present in more than 50 countries, has more than 145 thousand employees, and 93 million customers. In Brazil, since 2015, AXA Seguradora has a complete insurance solution for businesses of all sizes with products adapted to the reality of each company, as well as individual insurance that takes into account life moments and the needs of people and their families.

We were challenged to redesign the AXA Seguradora portal, aligning narratives and improving the user experience. To understand the needs of the audiences and the characteristics of each business unit, we dedicated ourselves to an immersive process of almost eight weeks, proposing a new experience that would help the company with its challenges. 

The Discovery process was divided into two stages: Diagnosis and Design. In the first stage, we conducted a deep dive into the AXA Seguradora market, leading workshops with stakeholders and conducting interviews with users, including end clients and brokers. This approach allowed us to understand the challenges in depth and formulate a hypothesis that would guide the solution: the site flow needed to contemplate distinct journeys, providing efficiency and flexibility for users.
