A Randon Consórcios is a leading consortium administrator in the heavy segment and also offers consortium solutions for real estate and light vehicles. Part of the Financial Services and Solutions vertical of Randoncorp, Randon Consórcios has been in the market for over 37 years, helping people and businesses to grow and prosper through the planned acquisition of goods and services. 

Our partnership began in 2019, where we restructured and implemented the Randon Consórcios sales platform, focusing on the experience and a unique journey.

We started the project with the Zero Sprint, conducting in-person and remote workshops with the different internal teams – from marketing and customer service to the business area. From there, we interviewed over 100 sales professionals across Brazil.  The goal was to understand the challenges and nuances of daily operations, ensuring the structuring of the best solution.

The result was the transformation of a process that relied on three different systems to a fully integrated journey on a single platform. We optimized and enhanced the operational efficiency of the sales team.

During the prototyping phase, we validated the solution with different areas, with the goal of consolidating a flexible, replicable, and scalable platform for other divisions of the group, in addition to enabling the development of new digital assets.

Moreover, understanding that the business involves more than 1,500 sales professionals across Brazil, in various regions and contexts, we were able to centralize and consolidate a reliable lead base, driving the expansion and growth of the business.
