Innovation Strategy
Transform future signals into new business opportunities.

From reading the future to a testable thesis
Before becoming a benchmark and being acquired for about R$ 1 billion, Gringo was just a hypothesis.
We started by validating the value proposition with potential users, transformed the learnings into journeys, and defined the scope of the first version before moving on to construction.
The final product exceeded 20 million registered users and caught the attention of Sem Parar, a Corpay group company, which acquired Gringo in a transaction valued at around R$ 1 billion.

A business hypothesis can be the beginning of something much bigger; the first step is to find out if it is worth the investment.
